Is PetVet247 a vet service?

No. PetVet247 is a technology platform, not a veterinary service. It helps owners decide how urgently to contact a vet, and it always points them back to their own practice. It doesn't diagnose or prescribe.

Does it replace our triage or our out-of-hours provider?

No. It's a first step for worried owners, and a structured note for your team. Your phone triage, your out-of-hours arrangements and your clinical judgement stay exactly as they are.

How is this different from teletriage?

Teletriage services connect owners to a remote vet, who replies by video or chat. PetVet247 gives the owner an instant answer from fixed urgency rules and AI, then gives your own team the full picture, so the relationship stays with your practice.

Who can see our clients' checks?

Only your practice team, and only the checks an owner chooses to share with you. Owners can stop sharing or unlink at any time. Every view on the vet pages is logged.

What will it cost after the pilot?

The pilot is free for 8 weeks. At the end we decide together: stop, extend the pilot, or a paid plan. Nothing becomes paid without your written OK.
